Francisco from Appliance Care expert was professional and did the job well. He fixed our Samsung washer door that was broken and our fridge that was leaking of water. I contacted Appliance Care Experts, after doing my research, as I wanted to check to see if there was a leak from the ice maker from our Maytag Refrigerator. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Their Customer Service Representative was amazing.
Excellent service! I called on a monday morning and the technician was here to diagnose the problem that afternoon. The part was ordered and successfully installed today. I was only without a dishwasher for 1 week. I highly recommend Appliance Care Experts. They fix all appliances (stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer and diswasher).
I called Appliance Care Experts because of their excellent reviews -- and they did not disappoint! My issue was not a complicated one, I needed to have the LED light housing in my Vent-a-Hood changed out. The new pieces were different than the original fixture (the hood was 13 years old) so it was a bit more involved.
Appliance Care Experts are fantastic to work with. They always reply within a timely fashion and they are a pleasure. They were able to fix something for me that the manufacturer couldn't even figure out! Highly recommended.
Appliance care experts did a great job in repairing the ice maker in our Bertazzoni refrigerator. Not only was the technician expert and pleasant but the company saw to almost instant scheduling, part ordering and return visit. This, in direct contrast to the so-called brand experts who failed to do the job and have taken 3 months to do so!
Francisco is very knowledgeable about all appliances. He repaired our old dryer and cleaned out all the lint on his first visit. On his second visit, he could not repair the broken washing machine, but was able to repair our old wall oven and the second oven in the garage.
